What are your hours?
Spa services begin at 12 pm daily. We close at 11 pm Monday thru Thursday, and at 1 am on Fridays and Saturdays. We are closed on Sunday except for special events. (Hours may be altered around specific holidays. Please call to confirm.)
What do I need to bring?
Not much! Each private jacuzzi includes a Bluetooth Wi-Fi speaker that can be connected to your device and an enclosed dressing room with a shower, and soap. You should bring a towel and you are welcome to bring shower shoes, robes, body lotion (to be used at the end of your spa experience), and shampoo amenities, but we ask that you refrain from using bubble baths and/or body oils. They upset the chemical balance of the water, and you may incur cleaning or damage charges. Lockers are provided for those receiving spa services in the Infrared Sauna, and the Himalayan Salt Room. The Vichy Shower has a private changing room.
what should i wear if I'm Planning a spa day?
A locker will be provided for all customers who are not scheduled for a jacuzzi session. If you are planning a spa day in which you will receive multiple services (hydrotherapy, heat therapy, halotherapy, or Vichy Shower) you may wear the following:
Women: One piece full coverage bathing suit, bikini, bra, and panties, or shorts and a tank top with a bra
Men: Short type swimming trunks (no bikini type swimwear) or shorts and a t-shirt
For all customers: No thongs, lace, or see-through attire unless you are in a private jacuzzi room.
Should I make a reservation?
We recommend making reservations, especially during nights, weekends, and holidays. While we take walk-ins based on availability, reservations are suggested, especially during our busy season, which runs from winter through March. Friendly Tranquility Spa personnel are available to schedule your reservation today!
How do I make a reservation?
Reservation requests can be made in person, over the phone, or on our website. You will be asked the date, time, and length of your reservation as well as your contact information and the number of guests in your party. On specific days – including weekends and holidays – you may also be required to provide a credit card, gift certificate number, or prepayment. In the event that a debit card is authorized, Tranquility Spa will not be responsible for overdraft charges related to the authorized funds held by the Spa. Also, be sure to ask about our cancellation policy. Please bring identification. You may be asked to provide it at check-in. ID is required for credit card transactions.
What happens if I am late for my reservation?
Suggested Arrival Time: Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation to allow ample time for check-in. Regrettably, your service time will be reduced for late arrivals or a lengthy check-in. This allows for the next scheduled reservation to proceed on time. We don’t want you to lose out on a single minute of Spa service enjoyment because you are in the lobby reading the guidelines or picking out your juice and spa fragrances. If you have a large group or wish to purchase gift cards, please allow for additional time.
Late Arrivals: We are unable to hold reservations for more than 10 minutes past your scheduled start time unless the reservation was secured with a credit card. Regrettably, your service time will be reduced for late arrivals or a lengthy check-in. This allows for the next scheduled reservation to proceed on time.
How long are the appointments?
Most guests stay 1, 1 ½, or 2 hours. At the conclusion of your reservation, we will gladly offer you the opportunity to purchase additional time if it is available. Regrettably, we are not able to refund any portion of unused time should you choose to depart early.
Is there music?
Yes. Each jacuzzi suite is equipped with a Bluetooth Wi-Fi speaker that you can connect directly to your device. Please ensure that your phone/device is fully charged prior to your visit. For health and safety reasons, there are no electrical outlets in the rooms available for customer use. The Himalayan Salt Room and Infrared Sauna will have relaxing music playing during your visit. However, there is no music in the Vichy Shower as the showers will impede the sound of the music. You may bring your own cordless headphones and listen to music from your personal device.
Is the Jacuzzi suite private?
Yes. Each room has an enclosed, temperature-controlled dressing room for changing and storing your belongings. You will have your own jacuzzi tub, with 12-foot walls for complete privacy. Your only link to the outside world is an intercom in each suite. You can request changes in water temperatures or have a question answered without leaving the seclusion of your room.
Are the infrared sauna and salt room private?
No. These services are community-based which means that there may be others in the sauna and salt room with you.
Is the Vichy shower private?
Yes. If you purchase a time slot for two people. Otherwise, the Vichy Shower is semi-private. A partition is between you and the other guest.
Is the water clean?
Yes. We employ a state-of-the-art water filtration system that regulates the chemical balance of the water. Freshwater circulates through the filter system every eight to twelve minutes. We are regulated by the State Health Department, and our staff performs regular water tests in order to ensure the healthiest condition and highest standard of water cleanliness for you. Do you allow food and beverages?
Food and snacks are not permitted unless it is part of a party package. However, we encourage you to drink water and/or fruit juices to stay hydrated. Consumption of ALCOHOL is strictly prohibited, as is the use of glass containers. Please review our Policies & Procedures for further details.
Can I smoke in the room?
In accordance with the State of Ohio’s ban on smoking in public places, there is No Smoking at Tranquility Spa. Smoking is prohibited in the lobby, suite, or in the rooms. This includes the use of tobacco, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and hookah. If it is determined by management that you have not abided by this policy, charges for cleaning or damages will be assessed.
What different themed Jacuzzi rooms do you have?
We have three different themes. We have Oasis Garden, The Sahara Cove, and The Northern Lights (Wheel Chair Accessible). You can view photos of the jacuzzies under the Jacuzzi Photos (coming soon) section of this website.
Do you have a repeat customer incentive?
Yes! We currently offer a digital loyalty program. Points are automatically added to all completed appointments.
You will receive:
100 points for appointments scheduled, Monday - Thursday
120 points for appointments scheduled, Friday - Saturday
(Express appointments receive half points)
150-200 points per spa package purchase
125 points for referrals and completed visits of referrals (Maximum 250 points per calendar year)
Sorry, no loyalty points are earned on gift card purchases.

Can I bring my children?
Unfortunately, not. This is an adult-only Spa. The guests want to relax in a tranquil and quiet environment and we want to honor that by allowing them to have the "me time" that they deserve.
How old do you have to be in order to visit the spa?
You must be 21 years or older. Please see our Policies & Procedures for further details.
Are there any health restrictions I should know about?
Please review our health and safety Policies & Procedures for common health restrictions. We encourage you to speak with your doctor if you are unsure about your ability to safely enjoy the hot tubbing experience.
