Beauty Spa

General Spa Employee

General duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answer phones

  • Make appointments

  • Greet guests

  • Escort guests to treatment rooms

  • Ensure that facility is kept clean, stocked and organized

 

HOURLY RATE: $15/HR

Massage Therapist

  • Provide 30-60 minute massages to clients by appointment

  • Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most

  • Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions

  • Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body

  • Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods

  • Suggest future massage appointments and regime to clients

  • Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire

HOURLY RATE: $17/HR

Facialist

  • Provide high-quality facial treatments that address skincare concerns

  • Advise clients and suggest treatments related to their individual needs

  • Perform face and scalp massages for therapeutic or relaxation purposes

  • Remove hair by exfoliation, waxing, threading, or with chemicals

  • Apply makeup/perform makeovers and perform makeup applications for special events

  • Perform face and body masks, wraps, sugar and salt scrubs, and compression wraps

  • Perform facial extraction for blackhead removal

HOURLY RATE: $17/HR

Manicurist

  • Recommending, discussing, and promoting products and services

  • Cleaning and disinfecting tools and work area

  • Reducing callouses and moisturizing

  • Cleaning, trimming, and filing nails

  • Applying nail polish and designs

  • Applying/removing acrylic nails

  • Scheduling appointments

HOURLY RATE: $8/HR + 40% Commission + Tip

General Aesthetician

  • See requirements for a manicurist, massage therapist, and facialist

(MUST HAVE STATE CERTIFICATION)

​

HOURLY RATE: $17/HR

Colon Hydrotherapist

  • Taking a client's medical history

  • Recommending a course of treatment and answering the client’s questions

  • Inserting a tube into the client's rectum

  • Flushing the tube with warm water to remove waste from the colon

  • Massaging the client's abdomen and other pressure points

  • Following safety procedures to dispose of waste and sterilize equipment

  • Making referrals to doctors when necessary

HOURLY RATE: $18/HR 

Health and Wellness Coach

  • The Wellness Coach provides support to both patients and the care team in helping to facilitate and empower patients to engage in their own health.

  • Identify safety plan and refer to appropriate services 

  • Provide acute support to patients in crisis and refer to the appropriate level of care
