The daily life of a woman can be filled with many peaks and valleys. However, we find a way to work through them. Sometimes, our health and well-being suffer because of it. We are negatively impacted mentally, emotionally, and physically. Unfortunately, somewhere in the course of life, we lose our authenticity because we have to become what's needed at the moment. Let's get back to living authentically. Join me as we discuss being Authentically You.

Women wear many hats. They are mothers, sisters, daughters, bosses, and wives, just to name a few. After a while, they begin to lose themselves in what they are called to do. Somewhere along the line, the person, the real them, gets lost in translation. They have been so many things for other people that they forget what it's like just to focus on themselves. If you or someone you know is suffering from an identity crisis, join me as we discuss ways to overcome an Identity Crisis.
Drawing a Line in the Sand
Wednesday, October 25, 2023
Many women may be familiar with this term from their childhood. Drawing a line in the sand means setting a boundary that someone shouldn't cross. We are good at this as a child but when we become an adult, we forget to draw a line in the sand. Setting boundaries is necessary if a person wants to live a happy, healthy, and whole life. Do you have problems setting boundaries? Join me as we discuss the need for boundary setting and how to effectively set boundaries in your life.
