Dr. Valerie Maxsam is a clinical psychologist. She specializes in helping women overcome chronic disease and stress-related illnesses. Her passion is to teach women the skills and strategies they need to combat the negative effects of stress. While it isn't possible to live a stress-free life because we all experience stressors daily, both good and bad, it is possible to live a life free from the negative impact of stress.
