Your subconscious mind is powerful. Your actions, emotions, and behavior are brought to life from the subconscious. The subconscious mind stores your previous memories and experiences, which helped shape who you are.

THE SUBCONSCIOUS CAN BE A MENTAL WAR ZONE

It's crucial to take the time to think about your thinking. Your subconscious influences your responses, your actions, your very being. Some even say that your subconscious is the real you.

One goal of the subconscious is to protect you from harm. It does this by monitoring what you're taking in through your senses and by retrieving your memories, ideas, emotions, and images from the past--which could be good or bad. If negative memories and experiences are dominant in your subconscious, your response and actions will most likely be inappropriate.

TRAUMA IS THE MASTER MANIPULATOR OF THE SUBCONSCIOUS

It is important that if you have experienced trauma to include but not limited to

  • Divorce

  • Death

  • Loss of a job

  • Illness

  • Abuse (mental & physical)

  • Homelessness

  • Unsafe living conditions

  • Financial hardship

That you connect with someone who can help you work through the trauma(s) you may have experienced so that your subconscious will no longer be a war zone filled with negative memories and experiences.
